Proven expertise in developing and executing organizational strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and advancing value-based care models. Demonstrated success in securing over $18M in diversified funding within the nonprofit sector, designing population health initiatives, integrating behavioral health and primary care, and negotiating complex contracts. Combines clinical insight as a Family Nurse Practitioner with executive leadership to optimize performance, expand access, and ensure sustainable growth. Founder and Principal Consultant of The Stile Group, partnering with leading institutions to guide strategic planning, leadership alignment, and executive development.

April Rhodes, MBA, LAMFT

April Rhodes provides consultation services specializing in leadership and professional development, practice optimization, innovative healthcare solutions to key markets, stakeholder relations, and value-based reimbursement.  Ms. Rhodes has extensive experience integrating behavioral health services into primary care, hospital systems, justice systems, and has launched innovative and successful mobile crisis services into communities. Ms. Rhodes has served in multiple executive roles, and during her tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Rhodes increased revenue by 260% in the not-for-profit sector, navigated healthcare operations during a multi-year public health emergency and expanded integrated and accessible whole health services throughout the state of Arizona.  She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University.
