Jess Peters, FNP-BC

Strategic healthcare executive with 15+ years of experience driving enterprise-level transformation across hospitals, ACOs, provider groups, and nonprofit organizations. Proven expertise in developing and executing organizational strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and advancing value-based care models. Demonstrated success in securing over $18M in diversified funding within the nonprofit sector, designing population health initiatives, integrating behavioral health and primary care, and negotiating complex contracts. Combines clinical insight as a Family Nurse Practitioner with executive leadership to optimize performance, expand access, and ensure sustainable growth. Founder and Principal Consultant of The Stile Group, partnering with leading institutions to guide strategic planning, leadership alignment, and executive development.

April Rhodes, MBA, LAMFT

April Rhodes provides consultation services specializing in leadership and professional development, practice optimization, innovative healthcare solutions for key markets, stakeholder relations, and value-based reimbursement. She is well-versed in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, improving operational efficiencies, and reducing costs.

In her current role as Chief Executive Officer of Granite Mountain Behavioral Healthcare, April leads organizational strategy, operations, and performance, with a focus on advancing accessible, integrated behavioral health services. She drives innovation and collaboration across healthcare systems to ensure individuals and communities receive timely, high-quality care.

April also serves as Board Chair of Contexture, the health information exchange for Arizona and Colorado, and as a board member of the Yavapai College Foundation. She is a member of the Greater Phoenix Chamber Board of Directors and a Flinn-Brown Fellow through the Arizona Center for Civic Leadership.

Throughout her career in executive leadership, April has significantly increased revenue, navigated healthcare operations during multi-year public health challenges, and expanded integrated whole-person health services throughout Arizona.

April holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University.
