Executive Leadership training

Welcome to The Stile Group’s Executive Leadership Training, a six-month curriculum designed for upper-level leaders desiring to cultivate their personal and team leadership skills. Our curriculum hones three core competencies: leading oneself with authenticity and emotional intelligence, leading others through coaching and delegation, and driving results with vision and accountability. Participants benefit from six in-person, half-day sessions, monthly one-on-one executive coaching, mastermind group activities, and engaging reading discussions.

Explore foundational leadership skills and individual styles through a DISC assessment, focusing on integrity and trust in leadership branding.

Session 2

Emotional Intelligence –

Amplifying leadership strengths

Enhance emotional intelligence for effective leadership and team dynamics, emphasizing internal and external awareness and energy management.

Session 3

Building Teams –

Coaching and developing

Develop coaching and delegation skills to align team goals, foster intentional cultures, and empower team members.

Session 4

Building Partnerships –

Engaging and sustaining

Strengthen partnership-building by aligning goals, using effective questioning, and managing conflict for productive collaborations.

Session 5

Driving Results –

Visioning, measuring and accountability 

Set a vision, establish measurable goals, and foster a culture of accountability to achieve organizational objectives.

Session 6:

Leading Change –

Inspiring, communicating and pacing

Lead organizational change by assessing readiness, communicating effectively, and managing momentum sustainably.
